We're aware of an issue that may prevent some customers placing their orders on The Wine Flyer. The problem can arise if The Wine Flyer is open in multiple web browser tabs at the same time. There's nothing wrong with opening multiple browser tabs (and can help if you're comparing prices), but it can occasionally cause issues when you go to checkout. Those issues include:
- Payment related errors on checkout
- Issues selecting a saved billing or shipping address
- Issues spending your Avios
We're working hard to resolve this, but in the meantime if you see any of these problems, try closing any other browser tabs that contain The Wine Flyer (just leaving the one tab open when you're checking out).
