If you’re unsure if your order from The Wine Flyer has been confirmed, you can view all your orders here (you’ll need to log on using your Executive Club details).
If the status of your order shows as ‘Awaiting fulfillment’, you’ve successfully paid for your order and it will be on it’s way to you shortly.
If you click on the order number, you can view more details about your order. These include the Avios you have used for your purchase and/or the Avios the you’ve earned for that order. These details are shown at the bottom of the page under ‘Order comments’.
Order comments can sometimes take around 10 minutes to update after you have placed you order.
