We’re aware of an issue impacting some customers who use the Norton AntiTrack product when browsing The Wine Flyer. Impacted customers are unable to click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button and are instead seeing the below message:
Until we have clarity from Norton on the cause of the issue, please follow their instructions on how to disable their product for a specific website, here.
We recommend following the guide on steps one to three, rather than just clicking on the ‘Fix It’ button in the Norton extension.
You can still manage your cookie preferences with The Wine Flyer, including opting out of all non-essential cookies if you wish.
Alternatively, if you would not like to disable Norton AntiTrack, purchases can be made via smartphone, another device or on a tablet.
