If you’re seeing the message “Something went wrong, please try again later”, please try using your Executive Club card number as your username rather than your email address.
You can find your eight-digit Executive Club card number:
- In the British Airways app on iOS or Android (go to ‘My account’).
- On ba.com, by logging in and going to your account details.
- In emails sent to you from the British Airways Executive Club
