You can manage all your subscription needs when you log in to your account.
When logged in hover over the log in icon and in the menu select subscriptions. You can manage all your subscriptions with the option to send sooner, change wines, take a break and even just skip this order - there are many ways to adapt the service to suit your needs.
At this time we are unable to change individual bottles within the subscription cases but we are working on it.
We regret that once dispatched we are unable to recall or cancel your order and you would need to return under our standard returns process. Once packed and collected by the carrier your order will show as "Awaiting Fulfilment" at this stage we are unable to cancel.
