Your order will either be dispatched by DPD or Parcel Force and once you have the dispatch email from us you will be able to track and manage your delivery.
DPD:
If you would like to make any changes to when your parcel is delivered, to collect from a shop, or to leave in a safe place you need to:
- Visit www.dpd.co.uk In the box that says ‘Track Your Parcel’ enter the tracking reference this is 14 numbers long and usually begins with 155.
- If you then enter the delivery postcode in the space you will be shown the options available for the delivery if there are any. If the parcel has been received by DPD you will be able to amend the delivery date or arrange a collection / delivery to a neighbour.

Click "what happens next" for options to manage the delivery. If the option to choose a new date or delivery location is available then you can choose these options here.

Parcel Force
If you were not home when your parcel was delivered, you may have received a contact card from the courier. You DO NOT need to have the card as we can provide the tracking number.
1) Click on the tracking link in the email 'Your Order is on its way' sent from The Wine Flyer
2) Click the link to the right of Shipment Details saying "Redirect Package"
3) Click YES where it asks "Do you have a tracking number?" you just need the tracking number provided on our tracking page - for Parcel Force this will look something like PBU587915844658
4) Follow the instructions and select an alternative delivery date, you can also opt for a neighbour if that is simpler.
5) Your tracking number will remain the same but you will receive a redelivery confirmation number similar to this RED134465437
When your parcel is Out for Delivery, you are able to find out when the estimated arrival time of your delivery and the current location of the driver by clicking on the red 'My Parcel Live' button on the Track Your Parcel page.
