Your order will either be dispatched by DPD or Parcel Force and once you have the dispatch email from us you will be able to track and manage your delivery.
DPD:
If you would like to make any changes to when your parcel is delivered, to collect from a shop, or to leave in a safe place you need to:
1) Click on the tracking link in the email 'Your Order is on its way' sent from The Wine Flyer
2) Click the link to the right of Shipment Details saying "Redirect Package"
3) Enter the delivery Post Code in the white box and press the red 'Submit' button
4) At the top of the page click the drop-down arrow next to 'More Cool Stuff'
5) On the drop-down menu click 'Change this delivery'
6) You can select the following options - Collect from Pickup Point, Deliver to a safe place, Change the delivery day, Deliver to my neighbour etc
When your parcel is Out for Delivery you will be able to check the estimated time window your parcel will be delivered between by clicking on the tracking link in the email 'Your Order is on its way' sent from The Wine Flyer
Parcel Force
If you were not home when your parcel was delivered, you may have received a contact card from the courier. You DO NOT need to have the card as we can provide the tracking number.
1) Click on the tracking link in the email 'Your Order is on its way' sent from The Wine Flyer
2) Click the link to the right of Shipment Details saying "Redirect Package"
3) Click YES where it asks "Do you have a tracking number?" you just need the tracking number provided on our tracking page - for Parcel Force this will look something like PBU587915844658
4) Follow the instructions and select an alternative delivery date, you can also opt for a neighbour if that is simpler.
5) Your tracking number will remain the same but you will receive a redelivery confirmation number similar to this RED134465437
When your parcel is Out for Delivery, you are able to find out when the estimated arrival time of your delivery and the current location of the driver by clicking on the red 'My Parcel Live' button on the Track Your Parcel page.
