Don't worry! We sometimes see customers who have more than one Executive Club account and they're logging in to The Wine Flyer with an old/unused account that doesn't have any Avios. Other times you may have children who have accounts set up using the same email address. Follow the steps below and we can help you log in to the correct account.
Here are some top tips:
- You can have an email address used on more than one Executive Club account. If you're in this situation, try logging in using your eight digit Executive Club number as your username. This number will always be unique to an Executive Club account. More information.
- If you can't remember your Executive Club number, check your email for previous messages or statements from British Airways. They should show your Executive Club number.
- If you can't remember your password for that account, do a password reset on ba.com here. Make sure you enter the Executive Club number for the account you want to use (not the email address if you've used this on other accounts).
- If you have any trouble on ba.com you would need to contact them directly was we are unable to access British Airways member accounts.
