If a product is faulty (for example a bottle of wine is corked, oxidised or appears otherwise out of condition), provided it is within 6 months of purchase and has been stored in suitable conditions, we will arrange to replace or credit the cost of the faulty bottle with a bottle of the same type of wine (or if not available, a bottle of another type of wine which is of equivalent value).
Please bear in mind some wines are intended to have a slight fizz or cloudiness so depending on the wine this may not be a sign of a problem.
Please provide us the order number and details of the particular wine. We will collect the remaining wine for analysis so please ensure this is kept available.
