Which password
The password you would use is the password that accesses the British Airways Club. For any account or access queries we would direct you to www.ba.com where you can manage your account in the usual way.
We have no access to BA systems so are unable to assist in any way
Change Password
If you wish to amend or reset your password or amend log in details you will need to do this on ba.com. We are unable to assist with this in any way.
Forgotten Membership Number
You'll find your British Airways Club number within any emails you have received from "British Airways Club". You can also find the membership number when you log in to www.ba.com. Log In Issues
If you're having problems logging in with your British Airways Club details, there are a few things to try:
- Make sure you're using the correct British Airways Club details
- If you've logged in, but are seeing a message that your account does not have any Avios, please check this information
- We recommend logging in to your account on ba.com using your membership number as your log in user ID rather than email address. Once done please go to www.thewineflyer.co.uk and log in using the same method, this resolves any issues that may be occurring with accounts using the same email address.
If your British Airways Club details are correct:

- clearing your web browser's cookies and cache. Here's how:
