There are a number of reasons the code may not be working
- The code has expired - check the date on the email or offer you have received
- The terms have not been met - check any minimum spend or product related criteria are met.
- A case refers to a pre-assembled case rather than 12 personally selected bottles
- Another code is already added - we are only able to apply one code at a time so you would need to select the offer that appeals most.
- The offer may not apply to orders where Avios are used
- Have you pasted the offer as sometimes 1 can be confused for I if typing it out
