We will always try to send your order so it arrives in one delivery, we have 2 warehouses so sometimes your order may be split between warehouses or be too large to fit in a single box.

Tracking information is sent for the first package that we send so if you find that you are waiting for another delivery please contact one of our customer servicing team who will be more than happy to check and provide you the additional tracking links.
